Pricing and Billing

Baseline PCR is priced per draft, with a monthly plan for firms that write several reports a month. Nothing is charged at upload or while evidence is processed; the charge is made once per job, when you click Draft report. Everything after the draft is free: editing, drafting a new version, approval and delivery.

The tier is set from the intake's gross area and building count and printed under the Draft report button before you click it. A job is charged once; Draft new version on a paid job is free.

Firm plan

$499 a month includes five drafts of any size, then $79 each. Annual billing is 15 percent less. Drafts do not carry over between months. Start or change a plan from Billing; it takes effect on the next draft.

The first draft is free

The first job a firm drafts is free of charge, no card required. It is a real report you can edit, approve and deliver; there is no limit on it beyond the draft stamp that every unapproved document carries, which disappears at approval.

How the charge works

When you click Draft report, a draft is deducted from the plan's monthly allowance, or a per-draft charge is made through our payment processor. Without a plan, the button opens a checkout; drafting starts the moment payment completes and you are returned to the job. Receipts come from the processor; the Billing page lists every charge with its job and status.

A draft you cannot use

If a draft failed, shows errors in its checks, or is not usable for the job, write to hello@baselinepcr.com with the job name. Where the fault was ours we credit the draft back to your firm as a free draft, and refund the card where money moved. Sample-job drafts are never charged.

Taxes

Prices exclude sales tax; where we are required to collect it, it is added at checkout.
