Billing, Refunds and Cancellation

Baseline PCR is operated by MoldMind LLC, doing business as Baseline PCR, 2389 Main Street, Suite 100, Glastonbury, CT 06033, USA. Billing questions: support@baselinepcr.com. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card statement shows BASELINE PCR.

1. Pay per draft

• A job is charged once, when you click Draft report for its first draft. The price for the property's size tier is shown under the button before you click, and again on the checkout page.
• Editing, later versions, approval and delivery of that job carry no further fee.
• Your firm's first job is free. No card is needed for it.
• Sales tax is added at checkout where we are registered to collect it (currently Connecticut).

2. Firm plan (subscription)

• The firm plan is a monthly or annual subscription that includes a set number of drafts each period, with further drafts at the overage rate shown on the pricing page. Included drafts do not carry over.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price for the same plan, until you cancel. The price and the renewal terms are shown before you subscribe and on the checkout page.
• Annual plans: we email the account owner at least 30 days before each renewal with the renewal date, the amount and how to cancel.
• Price changes take effect only at a renewal, with at least 30 days' notice by email.

3. Cancelling

• The account owner can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage or cancel plan. No call or email is needed.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the plan's included drafts remain available until then, and you are not charged again.
• Cancelling the plan does not delete your work. To delete jobs or close the workspace, see Privacy, section 12.

4. Credits and refunds

• A draft that is not usable because of a fault in the Service is credited or refunded, your choice. Email support@baselinepcr.com within 30 days of the charge with the job name. A credit restores one free draft to your workspace; a refund returns the fee (including any tax) to the card you paid with.
• A draft that stopped part-way can always be resumed from the job page at no charge; resuming does not count as a new draft.
• Subscription fees are not refunded for a partly used period, except where the law requires it or we end the Service for convenience (then we refund the unused prepaid portion).
• Refunds usually reach your card within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails the account owner. If it still fails, the plan ends and the workspace continues on pay-per-draft pricing; nothing is deleted.

6. Questions and disputes

Email support@baselinepcr.com first; we answer billing questions within two business days. If you do not recognise a charge from BASELINE PCR, contact us before disputing it with your bank and we will resolve it.
