What a report costs you today
Consultancies that publish fees put a small commercial building at $1,500 to $4,000, a 10,000 to 50,000 SF building at $4,000 to $10,000, and large or complex properties well above that. Report writing is the largest share of those hours. Baseline PCR is priced at a few percent of the fee so the arithmetic is simple. Sources
Questions
- When exactly am I charged?
- Once per job, when you click Draft report. The price is printed under the button first. Editing, drafting a new version, approving and delivering that job cost nothing more.
- What if the draft is no good?
- Write to hello@baselinepcr.com with the job name. Where the fault was ours, the draft is credited back to your firm as a free draft and the card refunded if money moved.
- How is the size decided?
- From the intake form: gross building area and number of buildings. Small is up to 25,000 SF and one building; medium is 25,000 to 100,000 SF or two to four buildings; large is over 100,000 SF or five or more buildings.
- Does the free draft need a card?
- No. Sign in, complete the firm profile, and the first job you draft is free. It is a real report you can approve and deliver. Nothing converts to a paid plan on its own.
- What does the Firm plan change?
- Five drafts a month of any size for $499, then $79 each, unlimited users, 15% off annually. It pays for itself from about three drafts a month. Start or cancel it from Billing.
- Is AI usage metered?
- No. Model costs are included in the draft price. There is no token meter and no overage for a large photo set.
