Exporting and Deleting Your Data

What you can download, how to delete a job or close the firm's workspace, what is retained and for how long.

Your evidence and reports belong to your firm. Here is how to take them with you and how deletion works.

Exporting

  • Reports: every approved report's PDF is downloadable from the report page for as long as the job exists. Drafts render on demand.
  • Evidence: photographs and documents are yours; a per-job archive download is planned. Until it ships, email hello@baselinepcr.com for a bulk export of a job's evidence and structured data and we will provide it within a few days.

Deleting a job

Archive removes a job from the dashboard and keeps it retrievable. Before a draft exists, each photograph and document can be removed from the job page. Deleting a whole job with its evidence and drafts is done on request to privacy@baselinepcr.com while a self-service delete is built; approved reports that were delivered are kept for the retention period in the Privacy Policy because your client may rely on them.

Closing the workspace

An owner closes the firm's workspace by writing to privacy@baselinepcr.com from the owner's sign-in address. Evidence, reports and account data are deleted within ninety days, except billing records we must keep and audit records kept for the period the Privacy Policy states. Encrypted backups expire on the backup provider's schedule.

What we keep and why

The Privacy Policy's retention table is the authority. In short: content lives while the job lives; audit records for three years; billing records for seven; share links until they expire.
