Additional Considerations
The PCR section for out-of-scope subjects included by agreement, such as accessibility, moisture, flood zone and seismic notes, kept apart from the baseline.

E2018's baseline excludes environmental, accessibility, seismic, energy and similar assessments. When the user wants limited observations on any of them, the guide provides for their inclusion as additional considerations: presented in their own section, identified as outside the baseline, and listed as deviations in the executive summary. The usual four in lender reports are an abbreviated accessibility screening, moisture and suspect microbial growth observations, the FEMA flood zone, and seismic zone notes.
